Chemical Free
We are passionate about producing the purest product possible, never using unnatural, chemical products so typical in ranching. Our pastures are never sprayed with any herbicides or glyphosate. Insecticides, vaccines, hormones, and antibiotics (unless used to save an animal's life) are never used on our cattle. We are cautious to source only unsprayed, NON-GMO hay for our cattle (unlike most grass-fed producers who commonly feed GMO alfalfa to their cattle.) While not certified because of cost prohibitiveness, this care and commitment make us "beyond organic" in our practices.

Craft Butchering
Our custom butchers dry age the beef in their shops for two weeks before the meat is finally cut into smaller pieces. The dry-aging makes the meat very tender, much more than grocery-store beef.

The dictionary defines holistic/wholistic as:the comprehension of the parts of something as intimately interconnected and explainable only by referencing the whole. Not sure we could sum up our approach better than that... respecting the intricate and incredible relationships at play in nature...that is permanent agriculture (permaculture) and that my friends is where it's at!
